Account & Data Deletion
Delete Your Sunbathe Account
If you wish to delete your Sunbathe account and all associated data, please follow the steps below to submit a deletion request.
How to Request Account Deletion
- From within the Sunbathe app: Go to change settings → Delete Account and follow the prompts.
- Via email: Send an email to sunbatheapp+deletion@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
- We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once completed.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and settings
- Personal preferences (skin tone, age settings)
- Usage history and app data
- Any saved locations or custom settings
- Support correspondence related to your account
Data Retention
Immediate deletion: Data is deleted immediately upon account deletion.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will lose access to any premium features you've purchased
